Independent local HVAC professionals in the bookaHVAC network are not employees, agents, representatives, or contractors of bookaHVAC. Any service agreement, pricing, scheduling, or warranty is between the homeowner and the independent professional directly; bookaHVAC is not a party to that agreement.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to submit a request through this Site. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting a request.
Submitting a service request through bookaHVAC is free of charge. Pricing for any HVAC service performed is set independently by the local professional you are matched with, and is not controlled or guaranteed by bookaHVAC.
By submitting a request, you consent to be contacted by phone, text, or email as described in our Privacy Policy, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. bookaHVAC does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and does not warrant the work, licensing, insurance, or conduct of any independent local HVAC professional.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, bookaHVAC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site or any service performed by an independent local HVAC professional.
You agree to indemnify and hold bookaHVAC harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your interactions with any independent local HVAC professional.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. bookaHVAC is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party website.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
